Reports
The Reports feature can generate a variety of customizable and configurable call activity and system status reports.
- Detailed Reports – highly configurable call reports that can be exported to CSV files.
- Summary Reports – simplified call reports that can be saved as PDF files.
- System Reports – DID assignments, SIP password, and detailed user extension reports that can be exported to
CSV files.
