Users menu

User configurations include account information that is tied to each user and extension information that is tied to the user extension assignment. Users can be assigned to multiple extension numbers. In this case, their account information is common to each of their extensions.

User parameters can be configured through the USERS section of CONFIGURATION. Additionally, certain user extension parameters may be set by end users through their User Portal. You can control which parameters may be configured by users in MAINTENANCE – PRIVILEGES.

To configure user information

  1. Select your search criteria. You may first need to click the down arrow next to user search to open the Search panel.
  2. Click RUN SEARCH to Search for a user, and click the user in the search results list. Click the up arrow next to user search to close the Search panel.
  3. You can edit the information for that user in five tabs:
