Software Updates

Available updates for Teo phone operating software are downloaded to the server via this screen. You can then send the updates to phone devices from the phone updates screen.

To check for available updates

• Click .

  The system will contact Teo's Update Server and show available updates in the updates list.

To download updates

1. In the available versions column, select a software version for each phone model that you want to update. The latest version is at the top of the dropdown list.
2. For each model that you want download new software, check the box in the select column.
3. Click to start the downloads. A popup confirmation will appear when the downloads are complete.
