Admin Login / Logout
To log in to the UCM Admin Portal
- In your web browser, enter the Teo UC server URL to access the main login page.
- Enter your Username and Password, and then click
.
- If you are an administrator, you will be immediately logged in to the Admin Portal if you do not have
an extension on this system.
- If you have a user account and extension on this system and are not assigned as an administrator or ACD Supervisor, you will be
immediately logged in to the User Portal.
- If you have a user account and extension on this system and are assigned as an administrator, Conference Monitor, and/or ACD Supervisor, you will see the
SELECT LOGIN panel with additional buttons.
Click ADMIN to log in to the Admin Portal as an administrator, USER to
log in to your account on the User Portal, conference monitor to log in as a Conference Monitor,
or ACD SUPERVISOR to log in as an ACD Supervisor.
Note – you cannot navigate to other User Portal or Admin Portal screens while logged in as a Conference Monitor or ACD Supervisor.
To log out
- Click LOGOUT at the upper-left of any UCM Admin Portal screen or close the browser window.
Saving your password
Click Remember Password to automatically fill in the Username and Password fields the next time that you log in.
This option presents a security risk! Only use this on a private computer.
Recovering your password
If your account is configured with an email address, you can click Forgot Password below the LOGIN button to have your username and a new
password sent to your email address. If your email address is not configured in the system, you must contact your system administrator to get
your login credentials.
