Search Calls

Utilities - Search Calls menu

This screen displays a list of completed calls, optionally filtered by user name, extension, or date.

These call details are shown:

Source Number
Source Name
Attachment
File Name
Timestamp
Duration
Direction
Destination Name
Destination Number

To search for calls

  1. Click all calls to find calls to/from all extensions, or click select extensions and then click Search icon to search for one or more extensions. Selected extensions will appear in a box above the calls list.
  2. Click the from and to fields to select a date range.
  3. Check Attachments to only show calls that have voicemail, call recording, or fax attachments.
  4. Optionally, enter a Name or Number to only show calls that include this information for the calling or called party.
  5. Click Search button to populate the calls list.
  6. If many calls are listed, you can use QUICK SEARCH below the list to quickly find a call. Click Left Arrow button or Right Arrow button to highlight the previous or next search result. Only the line highlight is moved, all calls remain visible

To export call records

  1. Select one or more calls in the list. Multiple calls may be selected using Ctrl-click, or Shift-click to select a contiguous range.

    To quickly select or deselect all calls, check select all or deselect all below the call list.

  2. Click Export CSV button to save the selected call records as a CSV file, which can be imported into a spreadsheet or other compatible application.

To download call attachments

  1. Select one or more calls in the list that have attachments. Multiple calls may be selected using Ctrl-click, or Shift-click to select a contiguous range.

    To quickly select or deselect all calls, check select all or deselect all below the call list.

  2. Click Download Selected Attachments button to save the attachments as audio (voicemail or call recordings) or PDF (fax) files.
