Active Calls

Utilities - Active Calls menu

All currently active calls for the selected tenant are listed on this screen.

These details are shown for each call:

Direction (while ringing: green right arrow – incoming, blue left arrow – outgoing)
State (ringing, on hold, etc.)
Calling Name
Calling Number
Called Name
Called Number
Start Time
Duration

To kill a call

A System Super Administrator can kill active calls (immediately drop all parties).

  1. Right click on a call in the list.
  2. Select Kill Call in the popup menu.
  3. Click Ok in the confirmation dialog.
