Music On Hold plays recorded music and/or messages for callers on hold.
You can add multiple audio files to the available tracks list, and arrange tracks into playlists. Several tracks and a preconfigured playlist are supplied with the system.
Note – to avoid copyright infringement, make sure that you have permission and proper licensing for all Music On Hold recordings. Tracks included with the Teo UC System are royalty-free and do not require additional licensing.
