For example, the source pointed to the breadth of new options that have a greater level of portability, flexibility, voice quality and multimedia-integration capabilities, all of which have been cited as significant priorities for the average corporate and household consumer. Additionally, the analysts who created the report stated that user control interface, configuration, more robust call types and general data management stemming from VoIP use are further improving prospects for providers in the market. 

This essentially means that small business owners are going to continue to enjoy a highly buyers' market for years to come, with competition not slowing down among providers despite the already high level of adoption. With this in mind, entrepreneurs should remember that the best options are right around the corner, and to always work to identify and invest in those products that will most fluidly align with their needs.
