CRM Integration – Microsoft Dynamics

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM connector for Teo UC allows for screenpops on inbound calls as well as click to dial functionalities directly from within the CRM interface.

Inbound caller ID information is used to query matching account and contact records and presents matching records to the agent in real time.

When inbound caller ID queries do not find a match in the CRM the create new contact screen pops up instead to facilitate rapid information capture and call logging.

Once a matching record is in the system, agents can dial them directly from the CRM record.
