Call Recording

Teo offers robust call recording as a standard feature with a variety of options.

Call recording can be set on a per user basis.

Each user can have all calls recorded, only inbound calls recorded, only outbound calls recorded, or users may record calls on demand.

On demand call recording allows a user to choose to record a call at any time during the call, and the system will capture the recording from the very beginning of the call and deliver the call recording to the user via their recording delivery preferences.
