8810 models feature a dedicated headset jack and headset button, allowing you to easily switch between the headset and handset. Independent preset volume levels can be set for both the headset and handset. 8610, 8620, and 6200 series models do not have a headset jack. For headset-only use, the headset connects to the handset jack. To enable use of the handset and speakerphone, a headset switching device and optional amplifier is required.

Wireless Headsets

Wireless headsets allow freedom of movement within the office. These headsets typically have a range of 300 feet or greater. Teo ISDN phones can use any wireless headset with a base designed to connect to a standard telephone headset or handset jack.

Corded Headsets

Teo ISDN phones are compatible with corded headsets equipped with standard telephone headset/handset-type cords. 6200 series phones require reverse polarity cords if an amplifier base is not used.
