Setting Your Vacation Days

Your Presence status and Inbound Call Routing rules will be applied automatically, based on these dates.

To set your holiday work schedule

  1. Select or deselect the common holidays to define which holidays apply to your work schedule. Depending on the holiday, the calendar date for common holidays may vary from year to year.
  2. For other holidays not listed with common holidays, enter text in the name field and click in the calendar field to select a date in the Additional Holidays section. The calendar date for Additional Holidays is the same every year.
  3. Click Add New to add this holiday to the Additional Holidays table.
  4. Click Save.

    The dates you selected appear in the BEGIN and END fields in the Vacation area. Your Presence status and Inbound Call Routing rules will be applied automatically, based on these dates.

To set your vacation days

  1. On the WORK SCHEDULE screen, click Calendar next to the first text box below the Vacation table to select the date you want to begin your vacation.
  2. In the second text box, click Calendar to select the date you want to end your vacation.
  3. Click Add, and then click Save. The dates you selected appear in the BEGIN and END fields in the Vacation table.

To delete or change a scheduled vacation or additional holiday

  1. Select an entry in the Vacation or Additional Holidays Table.
  2. Click the X on the selected entry to delete it or click the pencil icon to edit the entry.
  3. Click Save.
