UCM User Portal Help


The DIRECTORY screen lets you to look up information about other users in the system. The top part of the search panel expands to show the Name or Extension search results. This information comes from an information database that was entered by the system administrator. Select an individual user from the search results to display detailed information. This information includes their current Presence status.

To search for a user in the Directory

  1. Type a user's first name, last name, or extension number in the Search field.
  2. Click Search or press Enter to display search results.
  3. If there is more than one page of search results, the navigation controls become active. Click Previous or Next to navigate to another page, or click First or Last to go to the first or last page of the search results.
  4. To view details about a particular user, including their Presence status and corporate directory information, click on the user's name or extension.
