Call Routing External Settings
The upper left area of the Call Routing screen shows several settings that are configured for your extension by your system administrator.
- Outbound Dialing Group – this group defines dialing restrictions for outbound calls, such as restrictions on placing long-distance or
- Caller ID Name and Number – this is the name and number that is sent with outbound calls to provide your caller ID information to
the person you call. It may be a general company name and number, your personal DID number and your user name, or no name and number (anonymous).
