Update Presence Based On Work Schedule

Update Presence Based On Work Schedule automatically changes your Presence status to AFTER HOURS at the end of each scheduled Normal Work Day, if it is enabled for your current Presence state.

This feature is always enabled for the AVAILABLE Presence state. You can also enable Update Presence Based On Work Schedule for the OFFLINE, BUSY, AWAY, NOT AVAILABLE, and DO NOT DISTURB Presence states.

Your Presence status is automatically changed to AVAILABLE from AFTER HOURS at the start of your next Normal Work Day.

Note – Normal Work Days must be set up in Work Schedule to enable Update Presence Based On Work Schedule.

To enable Update Presence Based On Work Schedule

  1. In the Call Routing table, check the box in the Update Presence column for each Presence state that you want to enable Update Presence Based On Work Schedule.
  2. Click Save.

To manually change your Presence status while Update Presence Based On Work Schedule is in effect
