Adding Custom Destinations

The Destinations Table at the top of the Call Routing screen comes preset with a default listing of destinations to which inbound calls can be directed. These destinations appear in the drop-down selection list for Destinations in the Call Routing table. The default destinations are None, This Ext, Voicemail, and Mobile (if a mobile number has been configured in Account Information). You can also add custom destinations to this list.

Routing Destinations

To add a custom destination for inbound calls

  1. Enter the number you want to add in the NUMBER field under the DESTINATIONS Table.
  2. In the LABEL field, enter a short label that identifies this destination (such as Home, Assistant, or other description).
  3. Click Plus. The new destination appears in the Destinations Table and Destinations drop-down list below the Call Routing Table.
  4. Click Save.
