Entering Notes for a Call

You can add notes to a call log entry.

To enter or edit notes after a call is complete

  1. Click a call in the Call Activity log to select it.
  2. The Time/Date and From/To information for the selected call will appear at the top of the Note field to identify the field for only that selected call.
  3. Enter text in the Note field below the log. If a note already exists, you can edit the text.
  4. Click Save Note.
