Entering Notes for a Call
You can add notes to a call log entry.
To enter or edit notes after a call is complete
- Click a call in the Call Activity log to select it.
- The Time/Date and From/To information for the selected call will appear at the top of the Note field to identify the field
for only that selected call.
- Enter text in the Note field below the log. If a note already exists, you can edit the text.
