Call Recording Options

To set Recording options on the Account Information screen

  1. Enter an EMAIL ADDRESS to receive a notification email whenever a call is recorded.
  2. Select the option ATTACH VOICEMAIL FILE to have an audio recording of the voicemail (in WAV format) attached to the email.
  3. Select the option SAVE COPY ON SERVER to keep a copy of the audio file on the server until you delete it through the Call Activity log.

    If you do not select this option, the recorded file will be deleted from the system as soon as it is emailed to you. System storage limits and usage for recordings appear in this section. Additional calls will not be recorded when this limit is reached.

  4. Select a RECORD option to specify when you want to record calls.

    The options are DISABLED, ON DEMAND, ALL CALLS, ALL INBOUND, or ALL OUTBOUND.

  5. Click Save.
