Transferring Calls

To transfer a call, screened (attended)

  1. During a call, select XFER to place the first call on hold and open the transfer dialing screen.
  2. Dial the party you want to transfer the call to.
  3. Select Dial to place the call.
  4. After the second party answers, select XFER to complete the transfer.

To transfer a call immediately (blind)

  1. During a call, select XFER to place the first call on hold and open the transfer dialing screen.
  2. Dial the party you want to transfer the call to.
  3. Select XFER to complete the transfer.
