During a Call
To use the speakerphone
- Tap to enable or disable
the speakerphone for the active call.
To mute the microphone
- Tap to mute or
unmute the microphone (headset or speakerphone) for the active call.
To place call on hold
- Tap to put the current call on
hold.
To place a second call
- Tap to put the current call on
hold (optional).
- Tap
.
- Make the second call as usual.
Note – You can have a maximum of two calls in progress at the same time.
To record a call
On Demand call recording must be enabled and configured for your extension. This can be configured by your system administrator or on the
Account Information screen in your UCM User Portal.
- Inform the other party that you will be recording the call.
- Dial *2 during a call to begin recording. The remainder of the call will be recorded.
- The call recording will appear in the Call Activity Log in your UCM User Portal. If enabled, the call recording will be emailed to you.
During a video call
- You can expand the call window to full screen by double-tapping it or pinching it open with two fingers.
- You can transfer a video call. The transferred call will be placed as an audio call, and then both parties can switch to a video call by swiping
the screen to the left.
- You can establish two video calls and merge them into an audio conference call (no video conference call supported yet).
- You can record only audio of video calls.
