User Portal

The User Portal is accessible anywhere online. It allows users to set and view presence, view and manage their call log, retrieve and play voicemails, call recordings, send and receive faxes, schedule and invite others to conference calls, and manage presence- and schedule-based call routing rules.

 
Intelligent Presence

The idea of presence is not an entirely new one, but the way it has been implemented so far is not all that useful. While other vendors allow all the devices you use to publish a presence status, it really is not that useful to know that you logged out of a word doc, or made a call on your deskphone. What IS important is YOUR presence status.

Presence-Based Routing

Teo’s Intelligent Presence engine lets you configure customized call handling rules for each presence status.

This way your calls can ring all your devices that are online when you are Available, and can route directly to a coworker, or assistant when you are Away.

You can even use Teo Call Screening to have your calls screened to find out who is calling before you decide to accept the call, or route it directly to your voicemail.

Teo’s advanced presence engine allows you to know who is available at all times. This reduces voicemail and phone tag which streamlines problem resolution for customers, and accelerates project completion.

 
Conference Scheduler

Easily set up and configure conference calls with multiple internal and external participants. Invitations are sent in a format that can be added to Outlook, Gmail, and most popular calendar tools. Invitations can include attachments, and meetings can be recorded for later review.

 
Love the Fax, Hate the Machine

When you need to send or receive a fax, the User Portal makes it easy. Faxes can be sent from anywhere you can access the internet, and can be sent to your email inbox.

 
Work Safer

Teo has been the leader in E911 Emergency Response System for more than a decade. We took our industry leading technology and integrated it into the heart of our Unified Communications System.

When someone places a 911 call from your system, predefined notifyees will be alerted via screen pops on their computers, emails, and SMS messages to text-enabled devices. Notifyees can then listen to the call in progress, view who else has been notified, who has responded, maps and access routes, as well as emergency plan procedures and contact numbers.

In the rare case you might need a little assistance, we have built in context sensitive help to guide you along.

Dual hot-swappable OS drives and dual hot-swappable power supplies ensure continued operation in the event of component failure. Hot-swappable storage drive bays let you increase storage capacity without service interruption. Six available card slots accommodate a mixture of PRI, T1, and Analog FXS and FXO cards.

Adding a second server anywhere on your network enables auto failover of all phones in case of a WAN or power failure with the primary server.
