Channel Sales & Development Position – Chicago, IL

Leverage your proven track record in building and nurturing solid and lucrative business partnerships with your in-depth expertise of VoIP technology and channel partner development. This dynamic position will provide you with the unbridled opportunity to develop your territory with an uncapped commission structure. We are growing in a smart way, through strategic sales outreach, referrals, positive word-of-mouth, and the exceptional support of our channel partners. Typical Work Hours:

Employees are expected to work at least (40) hours per calendar week. Overnight travel is typically 25%, but may vary.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, recruit, and activate new channel partners.
  • Generate new business opportunities through external sales agents to become a consistent revenue producer selling our VoIP and Unified Communications solutions for businesses.
  • Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and monthly sales quotas by selling a select set of telecommunications products and services to a diverse business market.
  • Ensure channel agents are educated and fully knowledgeable of our products, process, and procedures
  • Attend sales calls with channel partners to present and assist in closing the business.
  • Must provide superior customer service on a day to day basis.
  • Must be self motivated and self disciplined with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to present in both small and large group settings with a polished, professional presentation. 
  • Strong organizational skills are imperative.
  • Assist agents through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their client's business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver a value added business solution.
  • Manage sales funnel, pipeline activity, and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years direct B2B outside sales experience within telecommunications industry with preferable experience in selling VoIP solutions to the SMB market.
  • VAR Experience a Plus.
  • Demonstrate stackable track record of success in sales.
  • Experience developing, researching, and presenting formal presentations to senior level management and other end users.
  • Channel development and channel management experience required.
  • Technical aptitude with proficiency in MS products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with local marketplace, companies, and community in geography stated above.
  • Valid Driver’s License Required.

Drupal Development and Video Production – Western US

This is a unique position for someone with a duality of capabilities. We are a small company so everyone wears multiple hats depending on the day. This can be exciting and inspiring to some, and horrible for others.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include Drupal web site maintenance and development. Our site is a complex business site with 1,000s of pages, must have experience with complex Drupal projects. Projects going forward will involve micro site building, and mobile site version development. Video production responsibilities will include taking concepts and creating treatment options, storyboarding, budget development, site scouting, talent recruiting, equipment acquisition and/or rental, temporary staff management, production, post production, vector graphics generation, and creating multiple video formats for various distribution channels. Videos will be a mixture of corporate product videos, concept videos, and documentary style testimonial videos.

Typical Work Hours:

Employees are expected to work at least (40) hours per calendar week. Overnight travel is infrequent but at times necessary for testimonial video shoots. The right person can work remotely within the Western U.S. – preferably in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience creating and managing large Drupal sites.

  • Minimum 2 years experience managing/ie producing video productions from concept to finished project.
